Q1) You must like to snack
a lot ?
A: Ironically I am not big snacker,
but I like to eat and taste. Authentic traditional cooking is on
top of my list.
Q2) eww ... that's disgusting ...
who in the world will eat this?
A: I don't mind you stick with your McDonald's,
but please respect other cutlures' food, don't use the word "disgusting".
Q3) What's your favourite
street food you've tried?
A: "Nieuw Haring" from Netherlands is currently still
on my top my list. The fat, the freshness... missing it ... !!!
Q4) Why using street food
for the site?
A: I think street food can represent
one's culture. You might not remember the attractions you visited
, an image of streetfood can remind you for sure. Best of all, they
are tasty and everyone can afford them.
Q5) People are most interested on which street food on the website?
From the stats, I see people like to search about Hong Kong's Stinky Tofu and Canada's Beaver Tail.
Q6) You have your own street food stand?
A: Nope, maybe I will make one that sells all kinds of street food from different parts of the world one day. I will take 2-3 street foods that
to represents each country. Gonna be like thousands of street food in one place. Impossible at the moment I guess given the site still cost me $$$. Donations are welcome for supporting my work on this website.
