This might be just too "exotic" for some of the people. Yes, it is Pig Intestine. The pig intestine is stuffed with Pig intestine, keep doing it like few times, then deep fried it until crispy outside (the casing)
The crispy casing and the all the greasy fat are what makes it delicious. Asian are fond with animal innards and guts because
of their complex and full taste. Hungry Travellers, you should try this famous Pig Intestine when you are in Hong Kong.

Streetfood: Smelly Tofu (Stinky Tofu)
Location: Mong Kok
----------------------------------------------------
City: Hong Kong
Country: China
Price: A few bucks Hong Kong dollars
Temperature served: Hot
Served with: sweet sauce/ hot sauce
| Description: |
I used to like smelly tofu a lot when
people sold them on the streets. However, now I
can only find them in shops located in MongKok.
They are not as good as the dirty street tofu but
still one of a kind.
The tofu is prepared with who knows what and it
becomes smelly. Next it gets deep fried which
gives it a crispy shell. I love eating them with
both sweet and hot sauces added. Yummy !
