I used to like smelly tofu a lot when people sold them on the streets. However, now I can only find them in shops located in MongKok. They are not as good as the dirty street tofu but still one of a kind. The tofu is prepared with who knows what and it becomes smelly. Next it gets deep fried which gives it a crispy shell. I love eating them with both sweet and hot sauces added. Yummy !
